Ask Dr. Cook:

Sharon asks: My history contains Boosts I’ve previously used. When I reactivate these Boosts in my history, can I make changes by adding other Boost Ingredients when I reactivate these Boosts?

Robin asks: Is the Sleep Boost something that I should start and stop every night and morning? Also, is it preferred to set up a Boost and let it run the full time, or is it better to check it every day or two and update it with a new Spark Scan?

Cathy asks: Since the personalized Spark scan is only good for 24 hours, should I be redoing the Spark scan every day or let it run for a week to get its full effect?
